These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the APIs and M2M micro-services provided by the Core402 platform.
1. Service Scope & Access
Core402 provides lightweight application programming interfaces (APIs) focused on web data extraction and M2M automation, built to integrate seamlessly into tools like n8n, Make, or custom automation scripts.
API access is granted via a unique authentication token (X-API-Key) generated upon purchasing a prepaid credit package.
2. Pricing Model & Prepaid Credits
- Zero Subscription: The service operates without recurring monthly subscriptions or mandatory commitments.
- Non-Expiring Credits: Credits purchased via Stripe never expire and remain valid indefinitely.
- Pay-Per-Request: Each successful HTTP API request decrements your credit balance according to current pricing. Consumed credits are non-refundable.
3. Fair Use & Liability Guidelines
Users agree to operate Core402 APIs in compliance with applicable laws. Using the infrastructure for malicious intent, denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, or bypassing protective mechanisms is strictly prohibited.
Core402 disclaims liability for target site access restrictions, blocking events, or legal disputes arising from scraper execution initiated by the user.
