2. Sovereign Hosting & Infrastructure
All software stack components, Docker containers, database engines, and API execution nodes are fully hosted in France on secure server infrastructure.

- Physical Server Location: France (European Union)
- Data Sovereignty Commitment: No payload data processed via M2M requests is stored or routed outside the European Union.
3. Intellectual Property
All user interface components, visual branding, software architecture, documentation, and the trademarks "Core402" and "HTTP 402 Pay-per-Request API" are the exclusive intellectual property of Core402.
Any unauthorized reproduction, adaptation, or distribution of this service or documentation without written consent is strictly prohibited.
4. Payment Processing
All credit top-ups and financial billing transactions are processed securely through Stripe Inc.
Core402 does not store payment card information or banking details on its servers. API access keys are linked exclusively to the Stripe customer checkout token upon order completion.
